Custom Fabricated Parts

Parts making is essential in the fabrication business. As a leading custom fabricator, C & S can provide a variety of custom metal fabricated parts. Items, such as brackets, clips, hangers and other components are produced almost daily. We work with and produce parts constructed of carbon, stainless, and aluminum. Our capabilities include CNC shearing, sawing, and plasma cutting as well as drilling, rolling, press brake forming, welding, and mechanical assembly. Because we form parts on a press brake instead of stamping the part with a custom die, the cost is much lower to customers looking for small to medium volume parts. Parts may be as small as a 2 in bracket made of 16 gauge steel up to a 40 ton structure made of 1/2 in heavy plate. Any required outside finishing such as painting, galvanizing, and machining can be arranged through a third party. By keeping overhead costs low, we are able to offer premium quality fabrication work at very competitive prices. Experienced operators and advanced CNC equipment offer a large degree of flexibility in the volume and type of work we are able to produce, from specialty jobs to full production runs.
