C&S creates custom heavy plate reducing cones and transitions in many configurations. Cones and transitions are fabricated in carbon, stainless or aluminum and made from 16 gauge up to 0.5 in thick. Cones are designated as concentric or eccentric and range in size as large as twelve foot in diameter and fifty foot long. We design cones and transitions to fit any industrial ducting or material transfer system. We fabricate rectangular to circular transitions and build per customer specifications. Custom designed Flanges have any bolt hole pattern added as needed. When required, multiple sections are welded together, therefore making it easier to assemble.

Primary fabrication capabilities include CNC shearing and cutting, press brake forming, drilling, welding, and assembly. All carbon and stainless steel welding is performed to ASME Section IX standards. If desired, third party testing can be arranged for welding certification. All projects are quoted on a job by job basis. Once a timeline has been quoted, customers can trust all fabrication will be completed on schedule and to all specified requirements.
