Carbon Steel Fabricating

Our experienced fabricators at C & S Metal Fabricating are capable of creating custom heavy plate reducing cones and transitions in many configurations. Cones and transitions can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum between 16 gauge and 0.5 in thick. Cones may be concentric or eccentric, and up to 12 ft in diameter and 50 ft long to fit any industrial ducting or material transfer system. Transitions can take ducts from rectangular to circular cross-sectional areas and are fabricated to customer specifications. Flanges with any bolt hole pattern can be added, and multiple sections may be welded together for additional flexibility. Primary fabrication capabilities include CNC shearing and cutting, press brake forming, drilling, welding, and assembly. All carbon and stainless steel welding is performed to ASME Section IX standards. If desired, third party testing can be arranged for welding certification. All projects are quoted on a job by job basis. Once a timeline has been quoted, customers can trust all fabrication will be completed on schedule and to all specified requirements. We serve the industrial and manufacturing markets as well as the offshore drilling, and general oil and gas industries. For more information about our reducing cones and transitions fabrication capability, please contact us directly.
